All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We Offer FREE Shipping on all orders for the US & Europe customers.

We charge 4.68$ on every order coming for CA or AU.

We also offer worldwide shipping at 9.99$.

Europe, Canada and Australia: 2-6 business days

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Winterbays ships globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran Syria, North Korea.

CUSTOMS FEES

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer.

TRACKING

We provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Winterbays is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, Winterbays Send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock. we will inform you by email if restocking takes more than 7 days.

RETURN REQUEST
